Legal agreement and sales policy for AlladdinExpress products and services.

1. Introduction

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement governing the purchase and use of digital products, software modules, add-ons, and technical services provided by AlladdinExpress (the “Company”). By accessing our website and placing an order, you (the “Customer”) acknowledge and confirm full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Products & Services

AlladdinExpress specializes in the development and distribution of:

  • Proprietary software modules and CS-Cart add-ons.
  • Custom-engineered digital solutions and system integrations.
  • Technical consulting services, infrastructure security, and performance optimization.

All software products are delivered exclusively in digital format unless a physical deployment service is explicitly contracted.

3. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

Orders are considered final once payment is verified through our approved channels. Upon confirmation, digital products are delivered via automated download links or secure email transmission.

Intellectual Property Security: To prevent unauthorized redistribution and protect our technical innovations, certain software components may be delivered in encrypted or encoded formats. Decoding or attempting to bypass these security measures is strictly prohibited.

4. Licensing & Usage Rights

Ownership of all software products remains with the Company. Customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the specific use cases defined at the time of purchase. Redistribution, reselling, or unauthorized modification of the source code is a violation of international copyright laws and will result in immediate revocation of access.

5. Compatibility & Technical Responsibility

While we strive for maximum interoperability, AlladdinExpress is not liable for compatibility conflicts arising from third-party modifications, custom environments, or software versions not explicitly listed as "supported." It is the Customer's sole responsibility to verify technical requirements before finalizing a purchase.

6. Refund & Return Policy

Given the irreversible nature of digital product delivery, all sales are considered final. We do not offer "change of mind" refunds once the digital assets have been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions: A refund may be issued if a critical, reproducible defect is confirmed by our technical team within 14 days of purchase, provided the Company is unable to provide a functional patch or resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Limitation of Liability

All products and services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlladdinExpress shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business revenue, arising from the use of our software or services.
